We’ve reached an important milestone in the evolution of The Well Society.
Following consultation earlier this year, we’re now asking members to take part in a formal vote on eight proposed changes.
These proposals aim to modernise how the Society operates and strengthen its long-term impact. Areas include membership tiers/benefits/definition, rule alterations, club funding and major votes policies.
Based on feedback from members, we’ve made several clarifications and amendments. We encourage you to review the summary of all eight proposals here. Each includes a clear explanation, key feedback from members, our responses, and any resulting changes.
Voting is open now and closes on Thursday 26th June at noon (BST). Each proposal will be voted on individually. Members should have received an email with a link to vote.
The results of the vote will be announced at a Special General Meeting on Monday 30th June at 7pm (BST), held in the 91 Lounge at Fir Park. You can attend in person or join us online by registering here.
