Guiding Our Vision for Motherwell’s Future

Our Priorities

Fan Voice

Listening and Leading

A fresh approach to fan voice, engagement, and communication.

Under new leadership, we asked you to share your views on fan engagement. Through focus groups, online surveys, and individual conversations, you made it clear that you expect more. And we agree.

Your Voice, Our Actions

Actions speak louder than words.

We understand the importance of listening actively and engaging openly. We’re committed to making fan engagement easy, accessible, and meaningful for all supporters.

Our Commitment to Openness

Transparency and accountability are central to our values.

The Well Society takes pride in representing the interests of fans. We’re committed to being transparent about the people you elect, the priorities you set, and the progress we achieve together.

Our Plan Forward

In March 2024, the Well Society launched workstreams to drive progress in our priority areas, inviting members to contribute their expertise. The initial workstreams—Communications, Events, Fundraising, Membership, and Governance—have since evolved, merging Events and Fundraising into Membership and creating a new Growth Plan group.

Each workstream draws on the knowledge, skills, and passion of our members to support fan voice, engagement, and accountability.

Focus: Enhancing transparency and fan engagement through effective communication.

  • Activities: Manage digital channels, create newsletters, organise podcasts, and maintain the Well Society website to keep fans updated on priorities, people, and progress.
